4月23-24日，浙江省发改委和省交通运输厅联合召开浙北高等级航道网集装箱运输通道建设工程(嘉兴段)初步设计审查会议。参加会议的有省自然资源厅、省钱塘江流域中心、省港航管理中心，嘉兴市发改委、财政局、交通运输局等部门的代表和特邀专家。与会代表和专家听取了该工程初步设计介绍、技术审查咨询报告后，进行了认真仔细的讨论，认为该初步设计文件达到交通运输部有关设计文件的编制要求，初审报告符合有关规定，一致同意通过审查。

浙北高等级航道网集装箱运输通道建设工程是《长江三角洲区域一体化发展规划纲要》和浙江省深入贯彻《交通强国建设纲要》、高水平推进“交通强省”的重点建设项目。其中嘉兴段是在现有高等级航道网的基础上，依托杭平申线、东宗线、乍嘉苏线等干线航道，改造局部低于三级通航标准的航段，通过桥梁改建及顶升措施，以满足内河三层集装箱船运输的需要。项目总投资概算约64.6亿元，建设包括按三级航道标准建设护岸约14.1公里，开挖土方约114.5万方，建设桥梁21座，新建服务区1处，航标、信息化及景观绿化等配套工程。该项目的实施，将大幅提升嘉兴内河集装箱通道的通过能力，拓展嘉兴港的经济腹地辐射范围，补齐交通短板，进一步发挥水运的比较优势，实现嘉兴海河联运枢纽示范引领作用。来源：浙江省交通运输厅
