深圳lng外输管道是国家“互联互通”首批重点工程，由西气东输公司负责投资建设，2019年4月开工，建成后将形成海外进口lng气源与“中亚气”“中缅气”结网集输，为保障广东地区清洁能源供应、实现“南气北送”奠定坚实基础。

深圳lng外输管道全长63公里，途经深圳东莞人口密集区，是一条具有城镇管网性质的高压长输管道。全线按照油气管道最高安全等级设计，采用26.2毫米壁厚的x70钢管，部分地区采用30.2毫米钢管。每8公里设置一座线路截断阀室，每道焊缝采取“射线”和“相控阵超声”双百检测，引入第四方检测复核机制，每道焊口底片经过检测单位一评一审、监理复评、第四方复核共计8道把关程序，确保每道焊口合格。管壁之厚、阀室之密、检测之严格，均为国内之最。

施工作业生态环境高度敏感，客观条件制约多。大鹏湾既是深圳lng外输管道项目的起点，也是生态保护的重点地区，更是施工建设的难点地段。生态保护成为深圳lng外输管道建设的底色，严控排污排水，高标准增加了覆网、挡土、围挡、过滤等保护措施。

全线63公里线路共计327处穿越，受山区段地形限制，作业面无法连续，机组频繁转场，其中穿越油气管道98处，与深圳燃气管道、中国石化成品油管道近距离并行超过30公里，只能采用安全保守的作业方式。

工程收尾攻坚期遭遇新冠肺炎疫情，项目各参建队伍一方面抓好疫情防控，落实防控措施;另一方面精心组织现场施工，做到力度不减、速度不降，确保安全顺利贯通。在各级地方政府大力支持下，历时12个月全线贯通。目前，项目加速推进工程收尾，为5月底全线进气投产做好准备工作。 中国石油网
