近日，贵阳3号线指挥部传来喜讯，被公认为国际先进的“盾构法”，首次在贵阳市轨道工程施工中采用。采用这一工法后，隧道掘进速度从每天的2至3米提升至每天10余米，90米长的钢铁巨龙——盾构机，成为了轨道交通建设的功臣。

23日，在师范学院至东风镇站地下空间，两台长达90米的盾构机正在加速掘进地下隧道。指挥部指挥长费富华介绍，由中国中铁承建的贵阳市轨道交通3号线一期工程线路全长43.03千米，设站29座，均为地下站，线路共有30个区间，其中盾构区间18个。

师范学院站至东风站区间盾构段，是3号线盾构施工的试验段，为典型的喀斯特地层。自去年9月19日贵州省首台“黔进号”盾构机始发，今年1月9日“黔进号”顺利下穿贵广高铁以来，克服了喀斯特地质溶洞群、硬灰岩、高水压、地质断裂带等困难，多次穿越建筑物，为大规模盾构施工提供了极有参考价值的施工参数。接下来，3号线将大规模采用盾构法进行区间隧道施工，这在贵州省尚属首次。

指挥部党工委书记雷为民介绍，盾构法是一种在轨道施工中普遍采用的方法，盾构前盾是一个巨大的合金钻头，高速旋转的同时，整台机器沿着隧道内部铺设好的钢轨缓慢向前推进，价值数百万元的合金钻头坚硬无比，随着它的旋转行进，岩石纷纷脱落，进入盾构机前盾后方的传送皮带。盾构机在掘进的同时，还能将隧道衬砌管片安装好，掘进好的隧道，被圆弧形的管片包裹成了一个钢筋水泥圆筒。采用盾构法施工，整天的掘进距离可达到10余米，按照原有的人工施工结合爆破方法，每天只能推进2米多，相比之下，盾构法的施工速度提升了6倍左右，安全性也得到了大幅提高，工程师只要坐在驾驶室操作机器，就能实现顺利掘进。(来源： 贵阳晚报 记者 余珉琨)
