安源村巡河员罗考林，每天茶余饭后都要到家门前的河边“溜达”一圈。说是“溜达”，其实是带着任务去的——义务巡河。“主要看一看河里有没有垃圾，有没有污水流到河里。每天看看才安心。”在罗考林心中，沿着河流转一转就像看一看自家的菜园子一样自然。像罗考林这样的群众巡河员安源镇有80余人。他们不求个人回报，常态化巡河、护河，只为家乡的“河畅、水清、岸绿”。
