姚少峰介绍称，为减缓新冠肺炎疫情对重点工程项目建设带来的影响，山西采取分区分类推进开复工、建立日调度推进机制、积极调配防疫用品供给、专项支持项目开复工、聚焦关注重大项目建设等方式，结合各地气候条件等，加大调度频次，科学有序分区、分类推进省级重点工程项目开复工。
