4月4日，由杭萧钢构股份有限公司(以下简称“杭萧钢构”)承建的杭州未来第一高楼——杭州之门钢结构工程顺利完成塔楼区十四节外框柱(标高121.45m)吊装工作;钢拱连桥部分已完成tb-c轴、tb-e轴、tb-f轴、tb-g轴钢拱拼装工作，计划于本月中下旬开始提升，届时这座跨度约60米、高度约22米的拱形钢连桥将惊艳亮相。

项目总占地面积约为77572平方米，总建筑面积约52.6万平方米，其中地上面积约37万平方米，地下建筑面积约16万平方米。本项目划分为主塔楼超高层区、裙房商业区两大部分，其中主塔楼超高层区由两幢超高层塔楼组成，为对称双塔结构，建筑高度约310米。双塔之间设有跨度约60米、高度约22米的拱形钢连桥，钢连桥上方设有悬垂屋面，悬垂屋面从双塔21层的悬挑钢桁架端部挑出。双塔顶部为设有塔冠。裙房商业区由两幢3～4层的东裙房、西裙房组成，分别为block区及mall区。
