要复工,参建单位管理人员和工人返岗却面临重重困难。夹岩工程临时党总支副书记、夹岩公司经理谭其志在水源营地召开“院坝会议”,安排落实夹岩公司自身防疫工作,组织职工返岗,督促各参建单位春节留守人员抓好复工准备,并将参建单位人员不能及时到位的情况上报毕节市政府。毕节市政府立即作出安排,要求各县区落实隔离观察等防控措施,接受参建单位管理人员先期到达。北干渠4标项目经理任映东等同志,为避免途中交叉感染,驱车三天,夜宿高速公路服务区,从陕西直接到达项目部驻地。金遵干渠一标项目部为了节约时间,报销了所有经营班子和技术骨干的返程机票,乘坐飞机直接抵达毕节市。在各县区的支持下,参建单位管理人员陆续到达,一边在指定的隔离点做检测,隔离观察,一边指挥落实疫情防控和工程复工。为解决劳务人员不足的难题,参建单位除了协调原劳务队伍积极返岗外,在疫情较轻的贵州本地大量招聘农民工,组织岗前培训,尽快投入生产。

北干渠三标西溪河管桥、白甫河管桥是夹岩工程施工重难点,项目部经理、总工程师和工程管理部部长却同时被隔离在湖北。项目部副经理梁爽,一个刚刚递交了入党申请书的年轻人,挑起了整个项目班子的重担,现场指挥、后勤保障、疫情防控、复工达产全压在他一个人肩上。更让他感到压力山大的是,白甫河管桥正在进行跨河拱圈悬臂现浇施工,西溪跨河管桥正在进行贝雷片钢拱架水箱预压试验,都处在风险较高的关口,稍有不慎就会出现不可估量的损失。面对压力和困难,他丝毫没有退缩,连轴转,加班赶,与远在湖北的项目部经理和总工程师“有线对接”,每天晚上将现场采集的施工数据信息发回,共同建模分析,再将分析结果指导施工,推动了工程建设。
