qyj-8000a型是我公司在专业生产液压机械基础上，引进国外先进液压技术，新研发的环保型新产品，荣获国家实用新型专利（专利号：zl 200820229505.5）。
该设备采用智能化的操作指挥台，并配有彩色触摸大屏幕和plc控制系统，可实现人机对话智能控制系统。触摸屏幕显示参数调整，可自动显示系统工作状态和出现的故障，系统报警显示故障部位，同时可实现远程故障诊断和修复，为客户排除后顾之忧。
该设备采用以静压取代高频振动,具有高强度、无噪音、压力可调等特点。该设备根据用户不同要求，可生产出不同规格的产品，如：彩色路面砖、标砖、环保砖、路沿石、水利护坡砖、高铁电缆线槽预制构件、植草砖、市政工程园林景观配套制品、建筑废渣利用制品等是规模型建材企业的首选生产设备。

qyj-8000a is a newly-developed eco-friendly brick forming machine. it's a perfect combination of our experience in making hydraulic machines with the latest technology brought in from abroad. the machine got patented, patent no.: 200820229505.5. controlled by plc, the parameter adjustment is shown on the color screen of plc. this is the machine controlled by inteligent system. the working state and error will be shown automatically on the screen. system alarm shows where the errors are , at the same time, it is possible to check and repair the machines from long-distant assistance, which can keep client away from worrying about after-sale service and machine maintenance.
different technologies are used in the machine, such static pressure instead of high frequency vibration, little noise, pressure adjustment and so on. the machine can produce all kinds of bricks in various sizes as long as the moulds changed. it's the best choice to produce color pavers brick, standard brick, eco-standard brick, curbstone, slope protection brick, lintels grass planting brick, products related to road and railway, concrete items related to city projects and products made of construction slags.

qyj-8000b型全自动液压成型机
qyj-8000b型是我司在应用生产a型的基础上，通过和科研院校的技术合作，采用高科技自动化技术研发出来另一种新型设备。
该设备采用上、下压头，使压制成型的制品外形尺寸准确、密实度更强。料车采用旋转式布料，以解决布料难问题。脱模由上往下挤出，脱模后利用布料车直接把制品夹出，无须托板，使成型速度更快、更完善、生产效率更高。
选用该设备，主要适用于细粉沫性的原材料，可生产不同规格的标砖、灰沙砖、页岩砖、环保砖、通体砖、路沿石、多孔砖、水利护坡砖等特殊品种的压制品。
该设备生产的制品可直接由人工堆叠，也可选用我司生产的gm—1000型全自动码垛机把压制好的产品直接码垛，再配套全自动流水线作业进入蒸养窑，或堆放在堆场自然养护。

qyj-8000b is a new machine upgraded from qyj-8000a using the latest automatic technology from our co-operation with high-tech university and research center.
qyj-8000b with two press head, the upper and the bottom press head, can produce more precise sizes of products in higher density. problem that is hard to feed materials is solved by using spiral material laying method. products get off the mould from top to bottom, being pushed out with clamp device. no pallets are needed in production. this makes products are made fasterly and efficiently.
using powder shape materials, qyj-8000b machine is suitable to produce bricks demanded on high pressure, such as standard brick, flyash brick, shale brick, eco brick, curbstone, multi-hole brick, slope protection brick,etc.
formed products can be picked up and stacked by labour or by our gm-1000 automatic stacking machine. gm-1000 can be used with automatic curing system to form a complete automatic brick plant with other machines. formed products can be cured naturally too.
