据欧盟网站消息，8月18日欧盟发布（eu）no751/2012号法规，修订（ec）no1235/2008号规定中涉及从第三国进口有机产品的相关规定。

新法规将自公布之日起生效，自7月1日起实施，适用于所有成员国。
